This kitchen mold damage in San Antonio, TX was the result of a leak that had not been remedied immediately. This was the homeowner's second water damage so they were familiar with the process, but had not used SERVPRO of Alamo Heights before. Notice the extent of the damage to the floor and cabinetry where microbial growth had begun to form. The after picture shows the new cabinetry as well as flooring that was put into the home after remediation was completed.
