Flooded Home in San Antonio, TX

This flooded home in San Antonio, TX was the result of recent rain storms that caused a breach in the rooftop of this home.  In the before picture you can see the extent of the water damage to the carpet, which was soaked with water.  The homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Alamo Heights and we immediately began the water remediation process.  In this case the padding had to be removed because it had a moisture barrier that would not allow for drying under the padding.  The after picture was taken five days after the initial call and the homeowner was very pleased that we were able to remediate the rain damage.
