It's the Water You Don't See in San Antonio, TX

This mold damage in San Antonio, TX was the result of a long term pipe leak in the customer's vanity.  The customer noticed black spots begin to sprout up on the wall on the other side of the bathroom along with a distinctive smell.  In the before photograph, you can see the clear spots of microbial growth along the wall.  She contacted SERVPRO of Alamo Heights when the spots would not go away.  When we arrived we utilized our thermo-imaging camera to determine where the water was originating from so that a plumber could be contacted to stop the leaky pipe.
