Mold Growth in San Antonio, TX

This mold growth on a wall in San Antonio, TX was due to a slow leak in a pipe behind the wall.  The owner of this home called us when they started to see black specks on their wall.  They had already attempted to use bleach to clean the wall.  However, bleach does not remediate mold like SERVPRO of Alamo Heights does.  We immediately contained the area and removed all of the affected materials while utilizing an air scrubber.  Once the microbial growth was removed and the source identified as well as stopped, antimicrobial was sprayed & the drying procedure was implemented.
