Roof Leak in Alamo Heights, TX

This floor water damage in Alamo Heights, TX was the result of a ceiling leak that occurred due to recent weather activity.  In the before floor picture you can see a small pool of water.  The entire commercial property had several areas of standing water throughout as well as a roof with significant water damage.  SERVPRO of Alamo Heights was contacted when the business owner arrived in the morning and we were able to be onsite within two hours to begin the steps necessary to dry the business.  Due to the fast actions of the store owner, we were able to get them back into business within three days.  They were thrilled.
