Commercial Water Damage in San Antonio, TX

This flooded ceiling in San Antonio, TX was the result of a broken pipe in between the floors of an apartment building.  Notice the extent of the water damage in the before picture; the water was dripping down the ceiling.  The commercial customer was very concerned that they would have to shut down the building while we performed the mitigation services.  They also did not want any removal of any materials and were pleased that we were willing to work with them.  The after picture shows that the ceiling has been dried.
